The "Pump Tab" is a product used when sediment accumulates in a tank where a pump is installed, requiring occasional cleaning, and when the pump gets buried and causes trouble. In tanks where sediment tends to accumulate, such as those using circulating cleaning water, it is desirable to use as clean water as possible during operation. When you think a little sediment has built up, by changing the discharge point of the pump hose and operating at a water level lower than the Pump Tab, the sediment outside the Pump Tab flows in while circulating below the tab, and inside the tab, the inflow water is stirred by the difference in water levels inside and outside the tab, being drawn in and discharged by the pump. While it cannot eliminate sediment all the way to the far side of the Pump Tab, by adjusting to the tank conditions and performing low-water-level sediment removal for a certain period at the end of operations or on holidays, clean water can always be used, allowing for easy pump operation without damaging the pump.
